What are your visiting hours?
We encourage visitors to keep visits short to allow patients adequate rest.
- 06:00 to 07:00..............Morning
- 13:00 to 14:00...............Afternoon
- 16:00 to 17:00...............Evening
Children under 12 years are generally not permitted to visit patient areas unless they are immediate family members visiting a parent.
Do I need an appointment to see a doctor?
Appointments are not mandatory for general outpatient services, but they are recommended as they help reduce waiting times. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, with emergency cases given priority. For specialized clinics (like eye, dental, or chronic care), appointments may be required. You can call ahead to check current wait times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including:
- Cash (USD and ZWL)
- Bank transfers (please bring proof of payment)
- Medical aid cards from recognized providers
- Ecocash and other mobile money platforms
For major procedures, a deposit may be required before treatment.
Do you accept medical aids?
Yes, we accept most major insurance providers. Please bring your insurance card and any required authorization forms when you come for treatment. Our billing department can verify your coverage before admission.
What should I bring for admission?
For admission, please bring:
- Your referral letter (if referred from another facility)
- Your identification documents
- Medical aid card if applicable
- Any previous medical records or test results
- Personal toiletries and comfortable clothing
- Any medications you're currently taking
Valuables should be left at home as the hospital cannot be responsible for lost items.
